We’ll come to your hotel, check in, and stay there for the duration of the production. This way, we’ll experience your hotel from a guest’s perspective. We’ll work independently and discreetly. Your daily routine won’t be disrupted.

Selection
Within two weeks, you’ll receive a shortlist of the best shots. Mark your favorites. We’ll finalize them for you.

Final retouching

Good to know.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally, 4 to 8 weeks. For seasonal themes (e.g., summer scenes, winter ambiance), we recommend planning ahead so we can find the perfect time for your home.
Can we prioritize certain areas or rooms?
Of course. Before the shoot, we’ll discuss together which areas you’d like to focus on.
Your preferences will be incorporated directly into the planning.
Who is in front of the camera?
Usually Elisa. If she doesn’t fit your brand’s style, we’ll work together to find suitable models. You’re also welcome to use your own contacts. And if you’d like to involve your team, we’d be happy to accommodate that. Elisa will handle the coaching and make sure everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera.
Will the guests be disturbed during the shoot?
No. We work discreetly and without a big setup. We move through the hotel just like guests. Your daily routine and that of your guests will remain undisturbed. We also avoid peak times, work quickly, and are much less noticeable than a large crew.
Do you need rooms reserved for you?
We need a room for the duration of our stay. If we book additional models, we will need another room, depending on the scope of the project.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We’ll be on location for several days. This gives us enough flexibility to adapt to weather conditions and plan both indoor and outdoor shoots effectively. If the weather doesn’t cooperate at all, we’ll work together to find an alternative date or extend our stay.
What happens if we want to expand the scope on site?
Our content is provided through a wide selection. Additional photos, videos, or Reels can be added at any time using the existing material.
How long will it take to receive our final files?
Within two weeks of the photo shoot, you’ll receive a curated selection of photos. Once you approve them, we’ll proceed with the final retouching. You’ll typically have everything within four weeks.
In what file formats will we receive the files?
You’ll receive all files in standard formats, optimized for the web, print, and social media. Landscape and portrait formats, suitable for websites, Booking.com, Instagram, and everything in between.
What is the difference between a image film and a reel?
A image film is a cinematic hotel video lasting up to two minutes. It can showcase your entire property or specific areas, such as the wellness and spa facilities. Designed for websites, YouTube, and presentations. Reels are short, vertical clips for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories.
Will we also receive the raw files?
We deliver only fully edited files. For hotels with their own social media team, we offer the “Video material” option: stabilized, color-corrected video footage that you can freely edit further.
How does the payment process work?
Before production begins, we will invoice 50% of the total amount as a deposit. This amount will be fully credited against the final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files.
Is there a discount for booking multiple hotels?
Yes. For hotel groups or multiple properties, we’d be happy to provide a customized package deal. Just get in touch with us.
